Tangmoh Tonka CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Tonka serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ubuntu Foundation, bringing a wealth of experience in finance and accounting as an ACCA ( Association of Chartered Certified Accountant) member. His extensive background in non-profit organizations is highlighted by his tenure at Global Health System Solutions (GHSS), a beneficiary of the PEPFAR grant. There, he played key roles as Senior Accountant, Finance Officer, and Procurement Officer. Under his tenure, GHSS transitioned from cash-based to accrual-based accounting, achieving compliance with both local GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). As CEO of the Ubuntu Foundation, Tonka has provided clear and effective direction, assembling a strong and diverse team to propel the organization forward.

Serge Kamgang Board Chairman

Serge Kamgang serves as the Chairman of the Board at the Ubuntu Foundation. His exceptional leadership abilities and dedicated experience, notably as the founder and CEO of two major corporations, significantly contribute to the organization’s success. Serge’s guidance and strategic oversight are integral to the Foundation’s achievements and ongoing progress.

Joshua AlukoAdvisor to the CEO

Joshua, serving as an Advisor to the CEO in our NGO, brings a depth of expertise and experience. He is a US CPA and a fellow of ACCA UK, with a specialization in US GAAP and IFRS. His knowledge in these areas is crucial for guiding executive decisions, particularly in navigating complex regulatory landscapes to align with our strategic goals.

In addition to his advisory role, Joshua is a Finance Executive. His responsibilities in this capacity involve overseeing financial management and strategic planning across a range of industries and continents. This role demonstrates his ability to adapt and excel in various business environments, making his insights and contributions invaluable to our organization.

Fabrice Nanda Advisor to the CEO

Fabrice offers vital advisory services to the CEO, bringing a unique perspective and expert guidance. His experience in organizational creation and his influential role in the African American community enriches the leadership team. Fabrice’s input is instrumental in fortifying the executive team’s decision-making process, ensuring strategic and effective leadership at the helm of the organization.

Sama-Galega Marcel Advisor to the Chairman

Marcel holds the position of advisor to the Chairman at the Ubuntu Foundation. In this capacity, he provides valuable wisdom and counsel, playing a significant role in shaping the Foundation’s strategic direction and governance. His insights and guidance are instrumental in supporting the leadership’s decision-making process.

Jackie Iyoyo Communication Secretary

Jackie serves as the Communication Manager at the Ubuntu Foundation. Her role is crucial in developing and distributing the Foundation’s key messages. With her expertise in multicultural understanding and education, Key plays an integral role in ensuring that the Foundation’s mission and its impacts are communicated effectively and resonantly with the public and various stakeholders.

Alain Christian Chamdet Chief Financial Officer ( CFO)

As the Chief Financial Officer,Christian Chamdet , serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Ubuntu Foundation, brings a solid foundation in financial management to the role. With his extensive experience in finance, marked by over five years as the CFO at VSP.kids organization, Christian is adept at overseeing the financial operations of the Foundation. He is dedicated to ensuring the organization’s financial responsibility and sustainability, leveraging his expertise to guide its financial strategy and projections effectively.

Jean Marie Kamlo Chief Accounting Officer (CAO)

Jean Kamlo holds the crucial position of Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). with a meticulous approach to financial management, Jean is responsible to coordinate and monitor the organization’s financial accounting and reporting systems. He has a strong background in accounting and taxation along with a master’s in business and administration in accounting. Jean worked with a CPA Firm, Oil and Gas company and a Non-Profit Organization who has the mission of carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance & Accounting department in support of the organization’s strategic plan and core values.

Lucas Dze Secretary General

Lucas Dze holds the position of Secretary General at the Ubuntu Foundations, where he is integral to ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the organization. His commitment to upholding efficient and effective organizational processes has been a key factor in the smooth functioning of the Foundation.

Rina Makah Social Media Manager

Rina serves as the Social Media Manager for the Ubuntu Foundation, where her essential role involves crafting and implementing the Foundation’s social media strategies. Her creative approach and specialized skills are pivotal in enhancing community engagement and amplifying the Foundation’s mission across various social media platforms.

Serge Modjo Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Serge, in his role as Chief Technology Officer at the Ubuntu Foundation, spearheads the organization’s technology endeavors. Boasting over a decade of experience in information technology, Serge has honed his skills across major corporations, serving in diverse roles such as Systems Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, and Application Developer. His wealth of expertise ensures that the Foundation remains at the cutting edge of technological innovation and development.

Aurelie Mbouende Public Relations Manager

Aurelie, as the Public Relations Manager of the Ubuntu Foundation, brings a unique multicultural perspective from having lived in four continents (Asia, Europe, Africa and North America) and a passion for travel and creating new relations. Her role is pivotal in developing and sustaining positive interactions between the Foundation and various public entities, media outlets, and stakeholders, leveraging her diverse background to enhance these relationships.

Dr. David Ngoudjou Chief Program Officer (CPO)

David serves as the Chief Program Officer at the Ubuntu Foundation, David is tasked with managing and guiding the Foundation’s programs. His role involves strategic planning and execution, which has been instrumental in the successful launch and management of impactful programs. These initiatives have had a significant positive effect on the communities the Foundation serves.
